Self-compassion is a healthier way to treat ourselves. Love has no grievances, and as we relinquish our grievances we release ourselves from suffering and pain. We are a Unified Consciousness. Dr. Watson states "We are One heart One mind." I created this video collage to remind myself of the power of Love and forgiveness. May we be free of the collective fearful ego separated mind.
